Eircom has embarked on a major advertising campaign. But my experience of their service is a cautionary tale. 

Nothing good to say about Eircom customer service

I received my ‘bundle’ service today, having contracted a calendar month ago, after assurances from them that “Christmas would not make any difference”.

Efforts to expedite delivery were frustrating, with the worst corporate service I have experienced in 40 years.
