Opposition to Irish Water unites a family

Near the village I’m from there is a family. The mother has done everything womanly possible to unite the three men in the house.

The father, a long term Labour party man has tried in vain to instill his party’s politics to his sons. The first son, a child of the now extinct Celtic Tiger, has consistently voted Fianna Fáil. The scond son, perhaps in an attempt to be the black sheep has always voted Sinn Féin.

They will stand united on a protest line on Saturday November 1 in Bandon against Irish Water.
