No banner headlines for nun’s verdict

On Friday, Nov 29, Judge Donogh McDonagh, instructed a jury to find Sr. Mary Theresa Grogan not guilty on all charges of indecent assault brought against her by seven complainants.

The judge took the decision because evidence given by some witnesses was “weak in certain aspects and tenuous in others.”

I believe that if Sister Mary Theresa Grogan had been found guilty, the story would have made banner headlines in all of the newspapers and other media outlets.
