Media scrutiny - Flights of fancy

Transport Minister Leo Varadkar’s audacity seems to know no bounds.

Yesterday he called for new privacy regulation to govern newspapers and broadcasters, because of what he sees as the excesses of the media. He cited such excesses as the criticism of politicians’ use of the Government jet and “absurd” criticism of special adviser’s pay.

Is this guy for real?
