Breaking our bonds

IT’S a global affair. People everywhere are sick to death of the entanglements of a social system that simply cannot rectify itself.

Breaking our bonds

Addicted from birth to money and power, an essentially unequal system of continual competition and hypocrisy taught us that humans are fundamentally corrupt. We dispute how to treat one symptom of malaise after another. We would have to put peace, logic and goodwill before all else — and debate freely, like the free people we imagine we are. We can behave for the best. given a system that allows it. Or think it out for yourselves; it’s not difficult once the bonds of addiction are broken.
