Drink ban might keep our leaders grounded

BACK in June the Government decisively stemmed the flow of legal highs, effectively preventing many people from “escaping reality” down that route – a reality that the Government itself played no small part in helping to create.

Given recent incidents involving booze and members of both major parties, perhaps it’s time we banned alcohol as well in an effort to prevent our ruling elite from escaping reality too and force them to face up to it instead.
