Gardaí believe those responsible for Dublin shooting did not mean to kill man

Gardaí believe those responsible for shooting a man in south Dublin who subsequently died on Sunday, did not mean to kill him.

The man who was in his 40s has been named locally as Mark Cullen originally from the Ballybrack area.
