Spain floods: 'Warning systems did not work' as death toll reaches 205

Thousands of people with shovels, sweeping brushes, and food, walked today, Friday, from Valencia city to help neighbours stranded in apocalyptic conditions in surrounding towns after this week's catastrophic flash floods.

The death toll has now hit 205 people.
