Ex detective sergeant challenges dismissal in High Court
A former detective sergeant who was dismissed from An Garda Siochána last October has gone to court seeking to legally challenge her dismissal.
Evelyn Doherty was sacked after serving in the Force for 28 years. She worked in the Crime and Security Section of An Garda Siochána.
