Minister of State for Mental Health and Older People, Jim Daly, has said that the best way to deliver home help is through a scheme similar to Fair Deal that will involve co-payment.

He told RTE radio’s Morning Ireland that despite additional funding and hours “we simply can’t keep up with demand.”
