Update 3.55pm: An application for a judicial review against An Bord Pleanála’s decision to approve the building of a waste incinerator at Ringaskiddy will be heard next Tuesday.

The application was mentioned at the High Court this morning by Maurice Collins, Senior Counsel on behalf of CHASE [Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment].
