Reward of up to €2,000 offered to help catch animal abuser in Cork
A reward of up to €2,000 has been offered to catch the culprit who abused and injured a dog while it was resting in its owner's back garden.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) have placed a bounty on the head of the person who carried out this calous act that has left a dog with severe disfiguring burns and gaping wounds.
