Man rescued from mountain in the Burren; Couple rescued from cruiser on Lough Derg

A young man has been airlifted to hospital from a mountain in the Burren, Co Clare this evening, writes Patrick Flynn.

The casualty was one of four people who had been climbing near Fanore when one sustained injuries in a fall.
