Solicitor Brian O'Donnell has until noon today to leave his former home at Gorse Hill in South Dublin.

O'Donnell must vacate Gorse Hill by noon today

Solicitor Brian O’Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia are expected to leave the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin ahead of the legal deadline at midday.

The O’Donnells, who owe the Bank of Ireland over €70 million, were yesterday refused leave by the Supreme Court to appeal a trespass order.
