Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with a serious assault on a woman in Donaghmeade three and a half years ago.

Violet Quigley, 44, who worked as a solicitor for the ESB, was seriously injured when she was stabbed at her house on Donaghmeade Park on April 8, 2011.
