Gardaí launch search for missing Kildare man

Gardaí are appealing for help to find a 28-year-old man missing from Co. Kildare.

Darren Kirwan, who is described as being 5 foot 8 tall with brown eyes and brown hair, was last seen in the Magney area of Athy last Wednesday afternoon.

He is known to frequently visit Knock in Co. Mayo.

When he was last seen Darren was wearing brown cords, a red fleece jacket and a navy coat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Athy Garda station.
