33% reduction in provision of services for medical card patients

The National Association of General Practitioners said that there has been a 33% reduction in the provision of services for medial cards patients over the past three years.

The association is holding it's EGM in Portlaoise today, to discuss how the reduced spending is putting patients at risk.
