Quinn Healthcare to raise prices

Quinn Healthcare is to raise its prices by an average of 12%, it has been announced.

The company said the price hike is in response to continued pressure, including ongoing increases to the Health Insurance Levy.

It also says advances in technologies, medical devices and new drugs come at significant cost to the organisation.

Prices will change on various dates from January 1 next year, and come into effect at the next policy renewal date.

The group says all customers will receive written notification in relation to their policy.
