Roy Keane becomes grandfather again as son welcomes first child 

Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane become a grandfather for the fifth time after his son Aidan welcomes his first child

Roy Keane has become a grandfather again as his son Aidan and his wife Patsy welcomed their first child. 

The couple announced the birth of a baby girl in a TikTok post by Aidan's wife, Patsy, captioned "It’s always been you".

Aidan and Patsy got married in Wales in October, 2025, with images of the wedding being shared by Aidan's sister Caragh on Instagram.  
Users have been commenting and congratulating the new parents under the post. 
One user commented, "I've watched your journey.. thank god your mum will be watching your journey.. much love patsy and aiden".

Earlier this year, Patsy Keane shared a video on TikTok showing her raw and emotional reaction to her positive pregnancy test, with her dog by her side to comfort her.

"Mummy did her magic. My biggest blessing," she captioned the video, paying tribute to her mother who passed away in November, just weeks after her wedding day.

Roy Keane also welcomed two more grandchildren into the family last year, and has now become a grandad of five after the birth of Aidan's child. 

He welcomed the birth of his fourth grandchild in April with a post on Instagram with the caption: "My new grandson, big baby".
