Two men have been released on bail after they were charged with public order offences arising out of an Apprentice Boys parade in Derry on Saturday.

Thirty-five-year-old Gerard Anthony Kelly from Corrody Road in the Waterside, and 36-year-old John Patrick Duffy from Lone Moor Gardens each face a number of charges.

Both men have been released on bail, to appear before the court again on September 12.

A van was hijacked and set on fire when masked men threw petrol bombs in the Shantallow area of the city after Saturday's march.
