Two killed, three injured in Cork crash
Two men in their 20s have been killed in a crash in Co Cork.
Three others were injured in the three-car crash, which happened at Carrs Hill on the main Cork City to Carrigaline road at 6.30am today.
Two men - the driver and passenger of one of the cars - were killed in the collision, while another woman was also injured.
The woman has been taken to Cork University Hospital along with two other men who were driving the other cars involved in the crash. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The crash came just 24 hours after another tragedy in the same area.
At 7.30am yesterday morning, a 21-year-old man was killed when his car crashed near Carrigaline.
Meanwhile a man in his 30s is in a serious condition at Naas General Hospital after being knocked down in the town shortly after midnight last night.
