Gardaí appeal for witnesses to Cork crash

Gardaí in Cork are appealing for witnesses to a road crash in Carrigaline this morning that claimed the life of a 21-year-old man.

He died when the car he was driving crashed into a wall at Carrs Hill at around 3am.

A passenger in the car, who is also 21, is being treated at Cork University Hospital.

Gardai at Togher garda station are investigating the crash.
