Bomb found in Dublin

A bomb has been made safe under a car in Tallaght in Dublin.

Army bomb disposal experts were called to Castletymon Court and arrived just before 10.30am this morning.

A viable improvised explosive device was under a private car in the area.

A controlled explosion was carried out and the all-clear was given just before midday.

Gardaí are examining the remains of the device.
