The High Court has approved a €2.8m settlement in the case of a now 11-year-old boy who suffers from cerebral palsy after the alleged mismanagement of his birth.

The High Court has approved a €2.8m settlement in the case of a now 11-year-old boy who suffers from cerebral palsy after the alleged mismanagement of his birth.

The case was taken by Niall Monks from St Margaret’s, Co. Dublin, through his parents Maria and William, against the Coombe Maternity Hospital.
