Rose of Tralee winner says emotion is something 'we shouldn't apologise for'

The newly crowned Rose of Tralee, who won the hearts of the Irish public, had one message for little girls after her big win – to “never let someone dull your confidence and your sparkle”.

Westmeath Rose Caoilfhinn Ní Choiligh was crowned on the second selection night on Tuesday at the Kerry Sports Academy at MTU.
