The brother-in-law of two brothers, whose street fight ended with one fatally stabbing the other, has told a jury at the Central Criminal Court that he is a "spokesman for the dead".

Mr James O'Loughlin told prosecuting counsel Mr Tom McConnell SC that he was ashamed of the fact he had not been able to prevent the death when he intervened in the fight.
