The Fire Service has put out a major blaze at a derelict house in the Raheny area of north Dublin this morning.

The Fire Service has put out a major blaze at a derelict house in the Raheny area of north Dublin this morning.

Four units of the Dublin Fire Brigade were despatched to tackle the fire, which broke out at around 3am.

It is unknown if anyone was in the house at the time.

Gardaí are investigating the cause of the blaze.
