Orange Parades pass off peacefully in the North
Thousands of Orangemen and women and their supporters have been on the march in the North today to commemorate the 1690 Battle of the Boyne.
The parade has been as peaceful as last year's Twelfth which was described by police as the quietest in over 30 years.
Belfast was as ever the largest parade of the day with people lining the whole four mile route from the city centre to Edenderry.
There, resolutions supporting the Protestant faith and the crown were read out.
