Gardaí detain three men in connection with Tallaght stabbing

Three men were detained this afternoon in connection with a stabbing in the Tallaght area of Dublin late last night.

One of a group of four Polish nationals in his 30s was stabbed several times during the incident involving a number of youths in the Maplewood Road area just after 11pm.

The man was removed to Tallaght Hospital where he is said to be in a stable condition.

The three men in detention are aged 17, 18 and 22.
