Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has demanded an investigation into the payment of almost €2m in taxpayers' money to a shelf company based in the Channel Islands.

Mr Kenny said the Health Service Executive had paid the money to Blackmore Group Assets Ltd for work done on the controversial PPARS computer system.
