FINE GAEL leader Enda Kenny yesterday called on the Health Services Executive to “come clean” on the €2 million it paid to a recruitment firm he says is a shelf company.

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has demanded an investigation into the payment of almost €2m in taxpayers' money to a shelf company based in the Channel Islands.

THE Health Services Executive has been accused of paying almost €2 million to a “shelf company” for work related to the controversial PPARS computer system.
