Lenihan launches annual Kick the Habit competition

Junior Minister Brian Lenihan has launched this year’s annual Kick the Habit competition.

The competition is designed to help construction workers quit smoking.

Mr Lenihan said today that 44% of construction workers were smokers, almost one-and-a-half times the national percentage.
