Dissident republicans today stand accused of trying to whip up tensions by exploding a bomb in Northern Ireland ahead of a key peace process meeting.

As Prime Minister Tony Blair and Taoiseach Bertie Ahern prepare for talks tomorrow in Hillsborough Castle with the North's parties to revive devolution, the Continuity IRA claimed it planted the bomb which exploded last night at an entrance to the offices of Fermanagh District Council in Enniskillen.
