A lone raider got away with around €5,000 in an armed raid in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

A lone raider got away with around €5,000 in an armed raid in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

The man who was carrying a handgun demanded cash from a betting office in the town.

No one was hurt during the raid.
