Belfast marks 30th anniversary of Bloody Friday
Residents of Belfast are today marking the 30th anniversary of Bloody Friday, when nine people were killed and more than 100 injured in a spate of IRA bombings across the city.
On July 21st, 1972, the IRA detonated a total of 22 bombs in Belfast in the space of 75 minutes.
Earlier this week, in a statement timed to coincide with the anniversary of the bombings, the IRA apologised to all the civilians it killed during the Troubles.
