A comprehensive study has reportedly identified major flaws with sections of Dublin's Luas system just 18 months after the introduction of the much-praised tram service.

MOTORISTS driving through red lights have been blamed for a series of accidents involving Luas trams in Dublin.

The transport minister Seamus Brennan has said the Railway Procurement Agency has assured him the Luas Project will be finished within budget and on time.
