A FRESH assault against the Government’s second attempt to pass the Lisbon treaty has been launched by an alliance of no campaigners.

Marine Minister Pat the Cope Gallagher today welcomed the arrival of the MV Konstantin Paustovskiy, a cargo vessel arriving at Killybegs from St Petersburg carrying sawn spruce timber.
