A man has been remanded in custody at Waterford District Court charged with aggravated burglary in relation to an incident in which a house was broken into by a suspect carrying a machete sword.

MURDERED horse breeder Dick Forristal died as a result of blood loss and injuries to both his lungs and aorta, caused by stab wounds, an inquest into his death has heard.
