Joanna Fortune: My teenage son's late-night gaming habit is a problem

My 15-year-old refuses to stick to a bedtime routine and is often exhausted going to school. He started late-night gaming during the pandemic and has not broken the habit. 

I’ve spoken to him about why sleep is important for his physical and mental health, and it has made no difference. I know I should remove his computer from his bedroom but he needs it for homework. Also, he’d probably have a complete meltdown.
