I’m in my mid-40s and I’m losing my hair. It’s gone to the stage now that I’m afraid to wash it. It’s receding also at the sides. I’m at my wits’ end. I’ve tried several supplements, hair tonics, and oils, but unfortunately nothing has helped. My recent bloods are all normal. Can you please advise me? At this stage, I’ll have to get a wig if it doesn’t stop.

This is a very stressful situation to find yourself in, and stress is a factor that can exacerbate hair loss even further.
