Man attacks moving cars on motorway by headbutting them

This is a pretty scary scenario.

Motorists on an Australian freeway yesterday found themselves confronted with a frightening scenario.

According to a report and video carried by Western Australian news outlet WA today, a man crashed his car into a parked Volkswagen yesterday evening – but it's what happened next that made the news.

The man then left his car and began attacking nearby vehicles with his own body, jumping from bonnet to bonnet and launching himself head-first into windows.

"It was like the movie World War Z, where the zombies just run into cars, he was exactly like that and I thought 'oh shit, it's the zombie apocalypse'," the video owner, Jordan, told WA Today.

He was referring to scenes from the recent blockbuster which show zombies attack vehicles in the same way.

It's understood the man has been taken into hospital care, where he is being assessed.
