Kilmer won't let children watch Spartan

Val Kilmer is getting fantastic reviews for his role in spy movie Spartan, and says he enjoyed making the film except for the fact that his children can’t see it.

“There are too many four-letter words. I’d say my children can watch half the film, but hey what can I do?

"I can’t help it. I’m an actor and I have to work.” Kilmer lives in New Mexico and doesn’t like coming to LA, except for movie making. “I have to be there for a while because I’m doing a movie with Robert Downey Jr,” says Kilmer.

“The title is Kiss Kiss Bang Bang or Bang Bang Kiss Kiss or maybe Kiss Bang Kiss Bang. I don’t know. They’ve changed the title three times in two weeks. But it’s hilarious. I play a detective and I keep blowing my takes because I’m laughing so hard.”
