I'm in a new relationship with an old colleague who I reconnected with after we both found ourselves divorced last year. The sex is good, but his ex-wife was a very beautiful woman, and I have found myself fixated on thoughts of whether their sex life was better than ours. How do I stop my insecurity coming between us?

I can understand why you might be fascinated by your partner's beautiful ex-wife. People's past lives and relationships are always interesting. However, torturing yourself with thoughts of their love life is masochistic.
