South Tipperary farm fetches €1.725m at auction

Last featured in the edition of August 7 last, a 78.5-acre farm at Mullinahone, Co Tipperary, was successfully sold at auction on September 5 at the Clubhouse Hotel in Kilkenny.

Kilkenny-based auctioneer Pat Gannon wielded the gavel for this a much-anticipated sale, featuring a large quantity of excellent land, including a well-maintained Georgian property.
