“There’s good interest in the farm so far,” says selling agent Michael O’Donovan Jnr. “It is a very nice piece of ground.”

"There are about two acres of it lower down that’s a bit heavier, but otherwise it’s very good land. One of the fields was re-seeded in April and it’s very well located.”
