The lands are in Limerick’s Golden Vale but their location with extensive road frontage suggests the they will be a very interesting long-term punt for any investor.
“The lands are situated in an exceptional location,” says selling agent James Lee, “just a short distance from the sought-after suburb of Monaleen/Castletroy… and there’s easy access also to the motorway network and Limerick city centre.
