Ask a solicitor: My house is built on my uncle's land - but we've fallen out

My uncle said that I could build my family home on his lands about six years ago. I got planning and he signed the consent to allow me to apply for planning permission on his land.

My uncle said that I could build my family home on his lands about six years ago. I got planning and he signed the consent to allow me to apply for planning permission on his land.
