Volac sells milk replacer arm

The completion of the acquisition sees Denkavit becoming the sole owner of the Volac Milk Replacer commercial organisation, and the Volac Socoor business in Italy. 

Volac's milk replacer arm has been taken over by Netherlands-based animal nutrition firm Denkavit Group.

A spokesperson said the acquisition was a strategic decision for both parties.
