Sundance film festival have just announced that Irish Documentary ‘It’s Not Yet Dark’ has been included in the 2017 World Cinema Competition.

The Documentary which is based on the memoirs of Simon Fitzmaurice who was just embarking on an exciting career as a filmmaker when he was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease(MND) and has since been paralysed from the disease. This came at a hard time personally as his wife had just become pregnant.

The documentary follows Simon’s journey as he went about directing his first feature film, all while being completely paralysed by the illness using only his eyes and his assisting computer.
