Business movers: Store manager appointed at Aldi's newest Irish outlet

Here is a selection of people starting new roles with Allianz Ireland, Critical, Carrolls Irish Gifts, Aquila Air Capital, Aviva Insurance Ireland and Aldi.

Jane Kidd has been appointed as chief transformation officer with insurance and financial services group Allianz Ireland. She joins Allianz Ireland’s board of management and will lead the company’s transformation agenda across transformation management, IT product, data analytics and AI, and data protection. Since 2024, Jane was Allianz’s head of retail underwriting and brings extensive experience in underwriting, pricing, transformation and digital development across the insurance sector. She has also chaired the Insurance Ireland Flood Working Group in collaboration with the Central Bank of Ireland and Department of Finance. She previously held insurance sector roles, working on major underwriting, pricing, transformation and digital development programmes.
